The “
Dashboard
” screen is the central hub of the ONESOURCE ISF solution. It contains key areas designed to give the user an overview of their ISF filing status.From the Dashboard, the user can create a new filing as well as access the “Parts Upload” features in ONESOURCE ISF (provided Global Classification or FTZ Item Master modules are not being utilized).
The Filing Status Selections on the left side of the screen portray an up-to-date snapshot of the Security Filings within the system.
These portlets provide the importer an overview of their Security Filings and the status of those filings in real time. They allow the user to know which process step each Security Filing is presently at, making it easier to ensure that all filings are submitted correctly and on time.
The below table contains a list and definitions for the Dashboard portlets.
Definitions | Description |
|---|---|
Rejected Security Filings | These Security Filings were transmitted to CBP, but CBP replied with a rejection. No subsequent acceptance has been received. |
Untransmitted Security Filings | These Security Filings have not yet been transmitted to CBP. This could be for any reason, such as incomplete or insufficient data. Filings with a Sailing Date populated on the header tab will be sorted in descending order (soonest at top). Filings with no Sailing Date populated will sort to the bottom of the list in order of their Create Date. |
Security Filings Awaiting Response | These Security Filings were transmitted to CBP, but CBP has not yet responded. |
Security Filings Accepted with Warnings | These Security Filings were transmitted and accepted by CBP but contained a warning message. |
Filings with No Bill On File | These Security Filings received a response from CBP that a Bill of Lading on the ISF is not on file at the time of filing without a subsequent message indicating that the Bill of Lading was filed. Upon receipt of a message from CBP that a Bill of Lading was received, the ISF will no longer appear on this portlet. |
Duplicate Filings | These Security Filings received a response from CBP that the ISF is a duplicate filing without a subsequent acceptance message. This occurs when CBP receives an ISF for one of the Bills of Lading on the ISF from the same filer code. |
Deleted Filings | These Security Filings were marked as deleted by the user. Deletions will always be stored for the user. The modified user/date fields will update for added security.

Deleting an ISF filing will only transmit a deletion transaction to CBP if the filing has been accepted by CBP. |
Recent CBP Responses | The 24 most recent messages received from CBP regardless of message type received. |
Upon initial login, the Dashboard loads with all portlets collapsed so the user can quickly see the current counts of all filings viewable on the dashboard. Each portlet displays the number of related filings for an easy view into the total number of filings that maintain a particular status without having to click through all of the entries.
To expand a Dashboard portlet,
click
on the double expansion arrow to the right of a heading.
Clicking
the header a second
time will collapse the portlet so only the header displays.
