Importer Security Filing (ISF)

The ONESOURCE Importer Security Filing (10+2) solution was designed to assist importers with meeting the Importer Security Filing (ISF) requirement, along with building a comprehensive, closed-loop import compliance process.

ISF combines the required product information (classification, manufacturer, etc.) and manifest information (Bill of Lading, stuffing location, consolidator, etc.) prior to lading for all goods being imported into the United States by ocean vessel.

Since this data seldom resides with any one entity in the supply chain, collecting these required data elements can prove difficult for an importer. Other challenges include the security and validity of the data collected as well as meeting the time requirements of having all this data collected and submitted prior to lading.
