Data Import
Data import is the process of importing Security Filing data into ONESOURCE ISF. Data import quickly creates Security Filings within the system without the use of manual user entry, thus reducing data entry errors as well as saving time for the user.
The use of data import allows for the automatic transmission of Security Filings, upon choice of the user.
Depending on the setup configuration of the system, data import can run system validations against imported data and transmit a Security Filing if:
- The Security Filing passes validation.
- System setup dictates that Security Filings can be transmitted even when validation fails.
