Import Exception Report
The Import Exception Report allows the user to electronically import data elements into ONESOURCE ISF to identify any data that was unsuccessfully fed into the system by either a supply chain partner or an external ERP system.
This screen can be opened by
choosing
“Import Exception Report” from the “Reports” menu.
An unsuccessful import is not a validation warning. Data shown on the “Import Exception Report” never successfully passed into the validation stage because there was a formatting issue in the data mapping. As a result, the data errored out before it could be successfully loaded into ONESOURCE ISF.
The Import Exception Report identifies the specific files that failed, as well as the formatting issue(s) so the user can re-format and re-feed the import. If issues persist after reformatting or assistance is needed for reformatting, please contact your Client Delivery representative.
