ISF Lookup

The “
ISF Lookup
” screen provides a high-level overview of all Security Filings within ONESOURCE ISF. From each lookup screen, the user can easily select which Security Filings they wish to see. This screen can be opened by choosing “ISF Lookup” from the “Security Filing” menu.
There are several different “ISF Lookup” screens, each of which includes a number of standard queries that have been configured to display important information about the Security Filings stored within ONESOURCE ISF.

Action Bar

The action bar at the top of the “ISF Lookup” screen contains the following options:

Docks

The queries provided on an “ISF Lookup” screen (also called docks), are set up to display ISF information users need in order to help quickly identify a particular Security Filing or important attributes about a Security Filing housed in the ISF tables.
Docks can pull dynamic data to represent various milestones in the ISF cycle. Some examples of standard queries on the “ISF Lookup” screen include:
  • Rejected Filings
  • Untransmitted Filings
  • Filings Awaiting Response
  • Filings With No Bill on File
  • Duplicate Filings
  • Filings Accepted With Warnings
  • Deleted Filings
  • Recent CBP Responses
  • Security Filing Templates
Next to each query title, a number in parenthesis indicates the number of records that will be returned for each individual query.
When a query tab is selected, the grid will refresh to show that data.
The grid will refresh to show the Security Filings matching the parameters of the query.
The “Refresh” button allows the user to reload the query’s display grid without reloading the entire screen.
Once a query is selected, the user can use the available filter features to perform a search based on a variety of customizable search parameters to quickly locate a particular entry. Once the search results are returned, the user can then sort these items according to the appropriate column headings to further refine the search results.
