Maintenance

Sub-tabs | Description |
|---|---|
Parties | The main screen for adding party information used in Security Filings. Information includes name, address, and party type (Booking Party, Buyer, Consignee, etc.). For further information, see the “Edit Security Filing: Parties” section of this User Guide. |
Defaults | The main screen for application defaults (including Filer Code and Port Code). For further information, see the “Defaults” section of this User Guide. |
BOL Validation (Optional) | This screen is used to ensure bills are correctly entered. Users can enter and retain a list of Master and House Bills of Lading they expect to receive. Once new Security Filings are entered, ONESOURCE ISF runs a validation against entered bills to ensure they match the retained list. Once a user begins a BOL Validation list, Security Filings will only successfully validate if they appear on the retained list. If an entered bill does not appear on the list, the user will receive a validation error. |
Notifications | This screen allows the importer to setup rules for e-mail notifications to specified individuals about particular filing events. For further information, see the “Notifications Maintenance” section of this User Guide. |
