Removing Security Filings from the Dashboard
In some instances, the user may choose to “remove” certain Security Filings from the Dashboard. This can be useful if certain file types require further attention. To
remove
a Security Filing from the Dashboard, click
on a portlet header to open its associated grid.
Once the grid is visible,
choose
a Security Filing to be removed. Once a filing has been chosen, click
its corresponding “Edit” button on the far left.
Clicking
“Edit” will open the “Edit Security Filing”page, which contains the status box.To access
the status box, click
on the expansion arrow to the right of “(Show...)”.
Clicking
“(Show...)” will expand
part of the “Edit Security Filing” screen to show the filing’s status.To
change
the status, check
“Exclude from Dashboard”.
At the top of the screen,
click
“Save” to save
changes.
The validation message below will appear on the screen and the Security Filing will no longer appear on the Dashboard portlet.
