Saved Queries
” screen:- Provides access to SQL Query results based on corresponding data within ONESOURCE ISF
- Allows the user to create query templates that any user with access to the partner can execute
This screen can be opened by choo
s
ing “Saved Queries” from the “Tools” menu.
“Saved Queries” is ideal for ad-hoc reporting. Results can be extracted into an Excel Spreadsheet format and sent to other parties as needed. Query Templates are written by the technical support side of the Thomson Reuters Client Delivery team. If more templates need to be created at a later date, contact your Client Delivery representative.
Submitting a Query
To
submit
a query, choose
a query template from the “Select a Template…” drop-down.
Enter
a value for the variable, and then click
“Submit”.
The system will take a few seconds to run the query. After the results appear,
click
“Export” to save the file in an Excel spreadsheet format.
