Upload Parts Database

The “Upload Parts Database” functionality is only available if ONESOURCE ISF has been integrated with the Global Classification module.
Clicking
the “Upload Parts Database” link will open a new tab where the user can upload
a spreadsheet of Products and HS Numbers to the Parts Database.
The following items exist as screens that may be navigated to from the main menu.
Classification

Audit Classifications | View when parts were previously uploaded |
Uploading New Parts Database
The “Spreadsheet Upload” feature in the Tools menu makes it possible to replace an existing Parts Database with an Excel spreadsheet.
To
upload
and import
a spreadsheet, choose
a spreadsheet to upload and then click
“Upload and Import Data”. A message appears, stating the import was successful. The spreadsheet upload removes all existing parts and adds all parts from the spreadsheet to the Parts Database.
Logout
To
log out
of the Parts Database system, click
“Exit”.
