Enter the username, e-mail address, or part of the user’s name in the text box and then click “Search”.

User Info
The “
User Info
” tab provides specific contact information for system users. It is a convenient location for getting in contact with someone, should any questions arise as to specific modifications a particular user made to the system.
Partner Access
The “
Partner Access
” tab is the access control module of ONESOURCE ISF.“Partner Access” controls whether a user has access to a particular partner’s data, which through the use of multiple partners can be used to separate data either within an organization or supply chain. Once different partners are set up, administrators can set up each partner with a set of data and assign users access to only specific partners.
The administrator can add, modify, or delete groups to which the selected user has been assigned. These group assignments control the overall user permissions based on group memberships and assigned group permissions.

The “Group List” is sorted alphabetically.
Selecting
a group will display an alphabetized list of partners to which the user can be given the selected role.
Users can be set up with a different access right for each partner they belong to. For example, a user may have full access in one partner, but read only access in another. If a user has access to multiple partners:
- The “Dashboard” screen will consolidate and show Security Filings from all partners.
- The user can also perform a search without switching partners.
- This user can create Security Filings for each partner from a single screen without having to select a partner in the “Type Ahead” list.
The user has the ability to indicate that a new user should be given role access to all partners. For filers managing multiple partners, this provides an easier means for setting up new users.
