Company (Entity) Maintenance
With the rollout of the ACE CBP filing system, the following information must be provided regarding various entities within the importer’s supply chain for any goods being imported:
- Name
- Address
- Contact
- Identification Information
The various PGAs as well as Cargo Release require various entities to be reported when making an entry. This entity information can be stored at a maintenance level and managed by opening the
Company Partners
screen from the Maintenance
menu.To add a new entity to the system, click
New
. 
To modify an existing entity:
- Choose an entity from the grid below.
- Click the entity’s correspondingEditlink on the far left.
