The Company Info menu is where administrators can manage several areas for all their ONESOURCE products.

Description
Accounts
Establish the structure and other information about each of the Charts of Accounts that their company maintains in their financial systems. Once defined, you can use these Charts of Accounts to manage financial data as it arrives in ONESOURCE. This gives context around the information and how it relates to other information.
Clients
The Clients screen enables you to manage the list of clients for ONESOURCE applications. The client dropdown displays this list when launching certain products. It also serves for client mapping, which links specific products to clients using valid account IDs or Firm IDs.
Entities
Use the Entities screen for central administration of entities across all ONESOURCE applications.
Groups
Use this screen to add groups, assign group permissions, and assign users to the group. The Groups screen displays the list of groups.
Users
Managing users in ONESOURCE means adding and editing users, as well as assigning permissions and access for products. The
Users
screen enables you to complete all of these tasks for multiple applications in 1 place.
