Authority Material Sets

With Authority Material Sets you can add start and end dates for each Material Set within an authority.
note
  • You can't assign overlapping date ranges for the same material set in one authority.
  • You can assign the same material set to multiple authorities, even with overlapping dates.

Authority Rate Sets

Determine rates within an authority with Authority Rate Sets.
You can choose the process order, tax code, rate code, start date, and end date. You can also link to a material list or a specific product or service.

  • Use the
    Edit
     or
    Delete
     options to change the rates.
  • Dates need to align with the authority material set dates.
