Material Sets and Material Lists

Grouping products in Material Sets simplifies the mapping of product lists to applicable tax rates. This means you won't need to configure each product individually.
A Material Set is a grouping that you define, made up of Material Lists, each of which contains multiple Material List Products. When you organize your inventory into Material Sets and Material Lists, you can streamline tax determination processes and make sure the products are appropriately taxed according to their specific category.

Basic information

  • Material Sets are in the
    Configuration
     menu when you select
    Advance Setup
     then
    Materials
    .
  • You can manage all aspects of the Material Sets, Lists, and Products.
  • Each Set is associated with a specific company

Find and Export Lists

  • Use
    Search
     bars at the top of list pages
  • Use
    Filter Options
     for fields like Company, Name, and Dates
  • Export
     lets you download all date in Excel format, including all current columns based on applied filters.
