Create and manage Material Sets

A Material Set is a grouping that you define. It is made up of Material Lists, each of which contains multiple Material List Products.
  1. To add or change sets, go to
    Configuration
    Advanced Setup
    Materials
    .
  2. Use
    Create Material Set
     to add a new set.
    1. Enter the
      Company
      ,
      Name
      , and
      Description
      .
      • The
        Name
         needs to be unique to the company and is case-sensitive.
      • The
        Company
         field can't be changed after you create this set.
      • Error messages will appear if the required fields are blank.
    2. Select
      Create
       to save your changes.
  3. Use
    Edit
     to change an existing set's
    Name
     or
    Description
    . After you make your changes use
    Save Changes
     to update the set.
  4. Use
    Delete
     to remove a set or select multiple sets to bulk-delete.
    When you delete a set, everything in it will be permanently removed, such as associated lists and products.
