Datasets

Datasets organize return information such as:
  • Start and end dates
  • Period length
  • Purpose
  • Entities
  • Assigned return templates
You must create at least one dataset before you can import data and create returns. You will create your first dataset during your initial Indirect Tax Compliance configuration.

To complete a group return, your dataset must contain all entities relevant to that return.
