Disaster recovery testing for Enterprise Cloud (EC)

Disaster recovery (DR) testing helps us evaluate our recovery plan in a controlled environment to ensure we can restore data and products/services and continue operations after a disruption.
The system status page gets updated to reflect testing in progress and when it's completed.

2026 DR testing

Testing begins Saturday, August 22 at 12:01 AM CDT and ends Saturday, August 22 at 6:00 AM CDT. This total maintenance window is 6 hours.

What's not available during testing?

ONESOURCE Determination's user interface (UI) won't be accessible starting from 12:01 AM. As a result, these features won't be available until the completion of the testing.
  • ONESOURCE Indirect Tax screens. You can sign in to ONESOURCE Platform, but you won't be able to make changes to Determination configurations.
  • Certificate Manager
  • Data File Integrator (DFI)
  • Reports & Analytics - You could experience a delay of up to 10 hours for the ETL process to complete post DR testing.

Tax calculation service

You can access the tax calculation services during the testing window but won't be able to access the user interface (UI) or the reporting during the testing window.
