Scenario

You may get the following error message in Pagero Connect, leading to documents not being sent.

Solution

When encountering this issue, performing a hard reset by closing and reopening the program can often resolve any problems. If this doesn't help, you should follow these steps:
Sign out of Pagero Connect by selecting on your email and selecting
Sign out
. Close the program.
  • Start the program again, select
    Sign in
    , then sign back into your account.
After successfully signing in, resend your documents, and they’ll be sent directly to Pagero Online. If the problem persists, contact Pagero support.
