The Send button in Pagero Connect is not working

Scenario

Send
button in Pagero Connect is not working.

Solution

  1. Make sure you are signed on and connected to Pagero Connect, by looking at the connection button. If the button is yellow, this means that the program is trying to make a connection to Pagero Online.
  2. Select the button and cancel the sign in, then try to sign into the application again.
  3. If the button is green, it means that you are signed in and connected and ready to send your invoices.
