Manage eArchive settings

Set up your company's eArchive settings in the Company Profile tab by editing document retention details and saving changes to comply with legal requirements.
note
These settings are currently only available for customers who have been migrated to the new archive solution. This is currently limited to Region 2, meaning customers using Pagero for the French e-invoicing mandate.
Pagero eArchive solution is a value-added product offered by Pagero. This ensures legal archiving for your fiscal and business documents transported via the Pagero Network. The solution is adaptable to multiple legislative requirements and relevant country-specific requirements with minimum configuration by you as a customer.
Without the eArchive solution, your documents will be retained in Pagero Online for the default storage period. Only users with company administrator permissions have access to configuring settings related to the eArchive. If you don't have the
Company Profile
option in the navigation panel, contact the person assigned as
Company admin
for your company.
note
Only Pagero personnel can turn on or turn off the eArchive solution for your account. To request activation or deactivation, contact Pagero Support.
