Customer shipment tracking
Refer to the following field descriptions for the customer shipment tracking page.
Header information
The header displays the following information:
- CS reference
- Customer shipment identifier
- Consignor order number
- The sender's sales order reference, when provided
- Consignee purchase order number
- The receiver's purchase order, when provided
- Status
- Current overall CS state (Not started,Started,Delivered,Delayed)
- Estimated delivery
- Planned delivery date and time of the final leg
- Ship-from
- City and country of origin
- Ship-to
- City and country of destination
- Last updated
- Time of the latest status message we received
- Last location
- Location from the latest status message
Transport legs section
Each row displays one leg with the following information:
- TS reference
- Identifier for each transport leg
- Status
- State of the leg (Not started,Started,Delayed,Delivered)
- LSP
- Carrier or logistics service provider handling the leg
- From node/To node
- Planned leg origin and destination
- Estimated time of departure (ETD) and arrival (ETA)
- Planned times for the leg
- Actual time of departure (ATD)
- Populates when we receive a dispatch or pickup event
- Actual time of arrival (ATA)
- Populates when we receive a delivery or arrival event
- More
- Opens detailed leg information
Event list section
A timeline of all received events displays the following information:
- Date
- Event time
- Event code and Event
- The carrier's code and description (for example, pickup, departed, en route, arrived, delivered)
- Location
- Where the event occurred
- Reason code and Message
- Additional details if the carrier provided them
- Status received
- When we received the event
