Bulk share a report element

Use Bulk Share to create linked copies of a single shared report element across multiple target reporting entities at once. Bulk share is useful when you need to onboard a shared report element across a large group.
Ensure that you have
Share
 and
Stop Share
 permissions. Share the source report element before you use Bulk Share.
  1. Open the source report element.
  2. Select the ellipsis on the element and select
    Bulk Share
    .
  3. Select any of the following:
    1. Source financial period
    2. Template and template version
    3. Report and report element path
  4. Review the eligible target financial periods.
  5. Verify the Bulk Share operation.
  6. Review the processing results.
ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting (OSR) identifies all eligible target financial periods that match your criteria and creates linked copies in each one. Financial periods that already contain a conflicting linked copy are automatically skipped. OSR processes the financial periods that remain.
