Reorder a shared or linked report element

Change the position of a shared or linked report element within a report.
You can't reorder shared report elements or their linked copies directly within a report. This restriction applies whether the link is active or broken.
  1. Select the ellipsis, then select
    Unlink from Shared Report Element
    .
  2. Or if it is a shared element, select
    Stop Sharing Report Element
    .
    1. This unlinks the report element from its shared source.
  3. Reorder the report element to the new position within the report.
  4. Re-link or reshare the report element to its source.
The report element occupies the new position and remains synced with its source.
