Automatic document routing for API binders

Automatic document routing (for API binders) makes handling document submissions more efficient. It ensures that only the relevant documents are processed through OCR, while others go straight to the binder without waiting for all documents to complete OCR or verification. This smart routing helps speed up the process, reducing the turnaround time for verification. You can get instant access to these documents in the binder without waiting for the remaining documents to finish OCR.

When this feature is enabled, opening the binder will initially display only the documents that were automatically routed. The remaining documents will appear in the binder once they have finished processing.

If a binder is created through API, the document will be automatically routed for the following documents:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Bookmark Only PDF - The
    UploadBinderDocument
    (POST) API has to mark the document as Bookmark Only (using the
    isBookmarkOnly
    input parameter).
