Create new API users

Follow these steps to create a new API user.
  1. Sign in to SurePrep FileRoom.
    Sign-in screen
  2. Go to
    FileRoom
    , then
    Admin.
    Select Admin from the menu
  3. On the
    Admin
     screen, select 
    API
    , then
    User Management
    .
    Select Admin, API, then User Management
    note
    If you don’t see
    API
     on your navigation bar then contact SurePrep Support to enable this feature.
  4. Select
    New User
     to add an API user.
    Select New User
  5. Type
    USERNAME
    ,
    PASSWORD
    , and
    EMAIL ID
     (optional).
    Enter the USERNAME, PASSWORD, then EMAIL ID
  6. Select the
    Save
     Save icon icon to save your API user.
  7. On the
    User Management
     window, select
    Yes
    .
    Select Yes to save

After creating a user, create an API Key and Token to continue.
