Enable and disable API user

Follow these steps to enable or disable API users:
  1. Sign in to SurePrep FileRoom.
    Sign-in screen
  2. Go to
    FileRoom
    ,
    Admin
    , 
    API
    , then
    User Management
    .
    Select Admin, API, then User Management
  3. Select the
    Edit
     Edit icon icon.
    Select the Edit icon
  4. On the
    STATUS
     column, select
    Enabled
     to enable the API user. Select
    Disabled
     to disable the API user.
    Select a Status
  5. Select the
    Save
     Save icon icon to save your changes.
    Select the Save icon
