Delete a custom status

Follow these steps to delete a custom status. 
  1. Select
    FileRoom
    , then 
    Admin
    .
  2. Select
    Account Setup
    , then 
    Custom Status
    .
    Select ACCOUNT SETUP then Custom Status.
  3. Select 
    Delete
    Delete icon on the custom status you want to delete.
    Select the DELETE icon.
  4. In the
    Custom Status
    confirmation window, select
    Yes
    .
    Select Yes
You can't delete a custom status if it is currently assigned to a binder. If you see an error message, go to FileRoom, locate the binder using that custom status, then change the status to blank or another custom status.
Notification that the custom status cannot be deleted.

In
FileRoom
, you can use the column filter to narrow down binders that require status change. After removing/changing the binder status, go back to
Account Admin
, then retry deleting the custom status.
Select a filter, then select Filter.
