Getting updates

You can choose how to get new updates from
FileRoom

Account Setup
, then
Installation & Updates
.
Select ACCOUNT SETUP then Installation & Updates
Select 
Automatic updates
 if you want to automatically download the latest version of SPbinder next time you open SPbinder. 
Select Automatic Updates
Select 
Use selected version
 if you want to use a specific version of SPbinder. The selected version will be installed next time you open SPbinder. 
The new version will download to the folder path selected at 
Account Setup
then 
Download Files Setup
.

The list will display all available versions with their corresponding release dates.

Using a selected version is recommended if your SPbinder is installed on shared environments.
Select the checkbox to notify the Firm System Administrator(s) when a new version is available. You can also notify additional non-Firm System Administrator users by entering the user's email address separated by commas (perry@taxpro.com, paul@taxpro.com, pam@taxpro.com)
