Download SPbinder as a PDF

Before you can download a SPbinder PDF, you'll need to first print the binder PDF to SurePrep servers.
Follow these steps to download a printed SPbinder PDF:
  1. Go to the binder.
  2. In the 
    OPTIONS
     column, select the 
    Picklist
     icon Picklist icon for the binder.
    Select the picklist icon
  3. Select Download SPbinder PDF(s)
     from the dropdown menu.
    note
    If you select the
    Print on my PC
     option while printing SPbinder PDF, this option isn't available.
    Select Select Download SPbinder PDF(s)
  4. The PDF will appear in your download folder.
    note
    The file download process may vary based on your browser.
    Open the downloaded files
    note
    Firms can customize file names for printed binders (that is, DreamWorkpapers, SPbinder PDF).
  5. You can then open the downloaded PDF file from the saved location.
    note
    If you printed SPbinder PDF with and without bookmarks, then both files will download and save in the selected path (the download folder selected by your browser).
    File Explorer
    Document in Acrobat
    PDF printed with markup will appear with annotations.
