Email notes
You can email notes to recipients by using the email feature in the Notes section of SPbinder.
To email a note, mark the
Select Note
checkbox to the right of the note.To email all notes, mark the 
on the upper right section of the Notes toolbar. This will select all notes simultaneously.

Email
on the Notes toolbar.You may be asked "How do you want to open this file." You can select:
- Keep using this app
- Other options (choose a different mail app or you can look for an app in the Store)
Mark the
Always use this app to open .eml files
checkbox if you want to set that preference. Select OK
when you're done.
An email message will open with all the selected notes in it. Insert the email addresses of the individuals the list of notes needs to be sent to, then select
Send
