You can use the Sort By
dropdown on the Notes toolbar to sort notes by 1 of 7 categories:

Note Type

Creator

Created on Asc

Created on Desc

Clear Note

Note #

Subject

Note Type:
Sorts by the Nature of notes written.

Creator:
Sorts by the name of the person who created the note.

Created On Asc:
Sorts by the date on which the notes were created in Ascending Order.

Created On Desc:
Sorts by the date on which the notes were created in Descending Order.

Clear Note:
Sorts by the Cleared notes.

Note#:
Sorts by the note numbers.

Subject:
Sorts by the Subject’s alphabetical order.
