Not Eligible | Nothing - this account is not able to receive a questionnaire | Clients are not eligible for the questionnaire if they are either Offline or Duplicate accounts. |
Not Sent | Send | TaxCaddy is ready to send the questionnaire. |
Sent | Wait for client Add questions | The questionnaire has been sent to the client and is awaiting completion by the client. |
Completed | File to Tax Documents Add questions | This status indicates the client has completed 100% of their questionnaire. If the questionnaire progress becomes less than 100% because you added questions or the client-removed answers, the status reverts to Sent. |
