Download multiple documents at once

Follow these steps to download multiple documents at once.
  1. Sign in to TaxCaddy.com and select
    Documents
    .
    Select Documents from the navigation bar
  2. Select
    TAX YEAR
    to select the relevant tax year.
    Select a tax year from the TAX YEAR
  3. If your tax professional has enabled 1041 tax return profiles on your account for trust/estate, select the correct
    TAX RETURN
    profile.
    Select from the TAX RETURN menu
  4. Select
    Uploaded Documents
    to view documents previously uploaded to your selected tax return.
    Select Uploaded Documents from the Documents tab
  5. Select the checkbox next to the documents you want to download.
    Select the checkbox for the document you would like to download
  6. To select all documents in a category, select the checkbox at the top of that category.
    Select a category checkbox to download all of its documents
  7. To select all uploaded documents, mark the checkbox next to
    Select All
    .
    Select "Select All"
  8. The total file size will be displayed. You can only download 1 GB of files at a time. If there is more than 1 GB of files in your account, you'll need to download in multiple selections. Select
    DOWNLOAD
    to begin your download.
    Select DOWNLOAD
  9. The files are downloaded as a ZIP file.
    Notification that your download will begin shortly
