Unlimited license states

Select
File

Client Properties
in an existing client, or
File
, then
New Client
.
Select
Add State(s)
.
Mark the checkbox for the state and select
OK
. If you use Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) and the state isn't listed, turn on the state license.
If the state hasn't been installed yet, it will automatically download and update.

PRP states

Turn on the state license.
Select
File
, then
Client Properties
in an existing client, or
File
, then
New Client
.
Select
Add State(s)
.
Mark the checkbox for the state and select
OK
.

Select
Utilities
, then
CS Connect
.
Make sure the
Retrieve and apply available updates
switch is set to
Yes
.
Select the
Initial State Release
tab.
Mark the checkbox for the state and select
Connect
.
Select
File
, then
Client Properties
in an existing client, or
File
, then
New Client
.
Select
Add State(s)
.
Mark the state and select
OK
.
If the state hasn't been installed yet, it will automatically download and update.
