Turnaround time for transmissions to NetClient CS

When you upload a client's tax return or organizer to their NetClient CS portal using CS Connect, it will appear in the portal within the following turnaround times.
  • Web tax returns should appear in the portal immediately.
  • Web organizers from UltraTax CS to NetClient CS should appear within minutes.
  • Completed web organizers push from the NetClient CS portals to UltraTax CS every 15 minutes on the quarter-hour.
Examples
  • If you send a web organizer from CS Connect in UltraTax CS at 9:31 a.m., it should appear in the NetClient CS portal at 10:00 a.m.
  • If you send a web organizer from CS Connect in UltraTax CS at 9:58 a.m., it should appear in the NetClient CS portal at 10:00 a.m.
  • If your client completed their web organizer and selected
    Send to Preparer
     in NetClient CS at 4:31 p.m., you can retrieve it in UltraTax CS at 4:45 p.m.
