Manage your profile
- Sign in with your username and password. Your username is your Exchange email address.
- SelectMy Profile.
- Go toSettingsand do the following based on your preferences:
- Unmark theSend digest with new messages in my End User Digestcheckbox if you don't want to receive daily End User Digest emails.
- Unmark theSend digest even when I have no messages in my End User Digestif you only want to receive the daily End User Digest email when you have new spam or quarantined emails.
- SelectSave.
- Go toAccountand view the following:
- Displayed name is your Portal ID. This will appear in all your End User Digest emails.
- Disregard aliases that include the domains:@trvirtualofficeprod.onmicrosoft.comand@vo.thomsonreuters.com. These aliases are included whenever you request your Safe/Blocked Senders List Summary via email.

When you access
Manage My Account
from your End User Digest email, it uses the Chrome browser in the Virtual Office CS/Software as a Service environment. The user profile in the top right corner will consistently display as Guest
since the browser is configured in guest mode.
