Manage your profile

  2. Sign in with your username and password. Your username is your Exchange email address.
  3. Select
    My Profile
    .
  4. Go to
    Settings
     and do the following based on your preferences:
    • Unmark the
      Send digest with new messages in my End User Digest
       checkbox if you don't want to receive daily End User Digest emails.
    • Unmark the
      Send digest even when I have no messages in my End User Digest
       if you only want to receive the daily End User Digest email when you have new spam or quarantined emails.
  5. Select
    Save
    .
  6. Go to
    Account
     and view the following:
    • Displayed name is your Portal ID. This will appear in all your End User Digest emails.
    • Disregard aliases that include the domains:
      @trvirtualofficeprod.onmicrosoft.com
       and
      @vo.thomsonreuters.com
      . These aliases are included whenever you request your Safe/Blocked Senders List Summary via email.

When you access
Manage My Account
 from your End User Digest email, it uses the Chrome browser in the Virtual Office CS/Software as a Service environment. The user profile in the top right corner will consistently display as
Guest
 since the browser is configured in guest mode.
