Set up your safe and blocked senders list

Enable or block messages from specific email addresses or domain names

Go to spamfilter.vo.thomsonreuters.com.
Sign in with your username and password. Your username is your Exchange email address.
Select
Lists
.
Do any of the following:
In the Safe Senders list, select
New
then enter an email address or domain name in the text field. Select
Save
to save your changes. Messages from the email address or domain you added will be delivered to your Outlook inbox.
In the Blocked Senders list, select
New
then enter an email address or domain name in the text field. Select
Save
to save your changes. Messages from the email address or domain you added will be blocked; they won’t be delivered to your Outlook inbox.
