Remove blank pages in a report

A column that overlaps a page break can cause a blank page to print between each page in the report. You can remove the page break or adjust the column size to fix this issue.

Remove the page break

  1. Select
    File
     then
    Report Designer
    .
  2. Open the report.
  3. Select the column to the right of the page break.
  4. Select
    Insert
     then
    Remove Page Break
    .

Adjust the column size

You can adjust the column size two ways:
Enter a new column width manually
  1. Select the column header.
  2. Select
    Format
    ,
    Column
    , then
    Width
    .
    note
    You can also right-click the column header then select
    Column Width
    .
  3. Enter a new number for the column width then select
    OK
    .
Drag and drop the column size
  1. Hover your pointer between columns.
  2. Drag the column border and drop it where you want it.
