Equity, diversity, and inclusion customer advisory board
Because Thomson Reuters is in the day-to-day workflow of lawyers and accountants within corporations and firms, we have both the depth of customer relationships and breadth of customer engagements to convene thought leaders, experts, and impassioned advocates to advance the dialogue, especially around structural barriers.
To help Thomson Reuters achieve our purpose, we have carefully curated the membership of the Thomson Reuter Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (TREDI) advisory board (AB) because each of them has demonstrated through action allyship to other members of underrepresented communities. We launched this group virtually in July 2021. The simple purpose of the AB is to:
- promote the recruiting and retention and continued success of a diverse and inclusive workforce from a race/ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ, disability.
- support the awareness and accelerate best practices that will address structural barriers, invigorate adoption, and inspire action for others to follow through forums, research, and published content.
