One thing that excites Haley about working at Thomson Reuters is the innovation within the roles and the industry that employees get to experience daily. She appreciates working for a company that stands by its values. Thomson Reuters lets her play an active role in influencing the business by using creativity to try new things and continuously improve the Internship Program. As a large enterprise, change often does not happen overnight. However, when our business units identify a need, they start making impactful changes to move in the new direction. This often results in new teams, projects, or products that let us stay proactive and cement our position as a leader in our industry.
Haley started with Thomson Reuters in 2011 as a Sales Intern. Luckily enough, she attended school locally and was able to continue her internship until she graduated from Eastern Michigan University! Over the next three years, she held two different Sales roles. Through the years she has been surrounded by wonderful colleagues and mentors who have helped prepare her for the role she is currently in, which is to supervise the Sales Internship Program (the same program she was once an intern in!)
