In my role, I have a fantastic opportunity to engage the business in an area we are really passionate about: our talent. I am helping define the enterprise strategy for how we flow, review, and manage talent across our business. Seeing the strategy come to life and helping embed talent into our culture makes this job hugely rewarding.
Over eight years I have had the opportunity to take on five different roles; from a Talent Acquisition role into the Talent & Development space, across different Business Units, from Manager to Director, and a move from London to NYC. I am passionate about paying this forward, helping others with their own career development and supporting employees to grow and drive their careers internally.
