Conrad Everhard

Founding Partner
Flatiron Law Group

Conrad Everhard advises growth-oriented businesses, entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital funds, and enterprise clients, in executing complex capital and intellectual-property-driven transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, venture capital, and private equity. At Flatiron, Conrad has closed dozens of M&A transactions opposite AmLaw 100 firms, consistently delivering comparable or superior outcomes, on a fixed fee basis and at a meaningful discount to Big Law.

Conrad brings more than 35 years of deal experience to his work. He was previously a partner at several prominent global law firms, including Jones Day, K&L Gates, and Bryan Cave, and served as general counsel and a key member of the management team of AE Polysilicon, a venture-backed solar start-up—an in-house perspective that continues to inform how he counsels founders and management teams today.
