Dorine Coffin is a Legal Operations and Legal Technology leader with extensive experience driving enterprise-scale legal transformation, AI adoption, and process optimization within Thomson Reuters' global General Counsel's Office.

She specializes in turning legal needs into practical, scalable solutions, from intake and workflow automation to AI enablement and data-driven reporting, and is particularly known for building real adoption through strategy, change management, training, and continuous feedback. Working closely with legal leadership, product teams, and technology partners, Dorine has designed and delivered AI certification programs for lawyers, launched and optimized legal intake systems, built KPI frameworks for practice groups, and set up feedback loops that directly shape product development.
