Megan Legg

Megan Legg is an experienced analyst and people leader whose career has focused on supporting complex, mission-critical work in public safety, human rights, and federal law enforcement. She joined TRSS as an analyst in 2019, providing analytical support to numerous federal investigations involving crimes against children, transnational financial sextortion, and large-scale operations.

Before joining TRSS, Megan spent 13 years at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where she supported missing-child cases, led child victim identification efforts, analyzed thousands of time-sensitive investigative requests, trained law enforcement professionals, and managed outreach with corporate partners, donors, and other key stakeholders.

Today, as an Analyst Manager, she leads mission-focused teams, develops and mentors talent, and strengthens partnerships across the public and private sectors. She also leads the TRSS Human Rights Crimes strategy group, bringing together her analytical expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to advancing the organization’s work in this critical mission area.
