Yes. A discounted conference rate is available for attendees of Thomson Reuters – 2026 Synergy.
The room rate is $339.00 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Attendees may reserve a room online using the link below, or by calling the hotel reservations team at (833) 702-7272 and referencing "Thomson Reuters – 2026 Synergy." Reservations agents are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. PST.

Thomson Reuters will follow the guidelines set out by the CDC, as well as the guidelines set by the local health authorities in the geographical location of the event. Conference attendees should review government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel and stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
The overall dress code for Synergy is business casual; however, we recommend casual attire for social events and receptions. We also recommend you bring additional attire if you plan to explore the area.
The official Synergy session catalog will be available in the summer of 2026.
Synergy 2026 will offer certification hours for CPE, CE, and CLE. Number of hours will be detailed on the session agenda when released.
For an additional fee, guests ages 6 and older are welcome to attend the off-site event. Additional details will be shared soon.
If you would like to cancel your existing registration and receive a full refund, you must submit a written cancellation request to SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com before October 15, 2026. No refunds will be honored after this deadline.
If you registered for Synergy and are unable to attend, you can also substitute your registration for another person from your company. To accommodate the transfer, the original registered attendee must submit a written request — including their substitute's first name, last name, and email address — SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com.
