Print custom mailing labels

To print mailing labels for names and addresses that you previously entered:
  1. Select
    Utilities
    ,
    Mailing Labels
    , then
    Custom
    . UltraTax CS responds in one of 2 ways:
    • If you have already entered information for custom mailing labels: The
      Select Custom Labels
      window opens.
    • If you haven't already entered information for custom mailing labels: The
      Define Custom Labels
      window opens. Enter the information for the custom labels, then select
      OK
      .
  2. In the
    Select Custom Labels
    window, mark the checkboxes for the labels you want to print.
  3. Select
    Continue
    to open the
    Print Custom Labels
    window.
  4. From the dropdown list in the
    Label size
    group box, select the label size or select
    Define label size
    to add a custom label size.
  5. Use the fields in the
    Copies
    group box to determine how many copies or pages of labels UltraTax CS will print. If printing on a partially used sheet of labels, use the
    Begin on row
    and
    Column
    fields to define the position on the page at which UltraTax CS will begin printing.
  6. UltraTax CS defaults to printing a barcode on the mailing label for each address with a valid five-digit or nine-digit ZIP Code. If you don't want to print barcodes, clear the
    Print barcode on labels
    checkbox.
  7. Mark the
    Print labels in all capital letters
    checkbox.
  8. Make sure the correct label stock is in the printer then select
    Print
    .
