In addition to our previous release, we have added three additional Enhanced Interactive Data Visualisation panels for Custom Pages and system-level dashboards, supporting geographic, analytical, and event-based views. These panels provide configurable ways to visualise and interact with location data, business reports, and meeting information.
- Displays location-based iSheet data across geographic regions using interactive maps with markers, legends, and related record information.
- Presents interactive Power BI reports and dashboards within a HighQ page, providing access to business data and analytics from embedded iSheet data or pre-registered Power BI reports.
- Enables scheduling, display, and management of events and meetings from a HighQ dashboard, supporting calendar views, event templates, document folders, iSheets, and custom branding.
Updated Interactive Data Visualisation panels
The Maps, Timeline & Table panels are now included with an edit option, so you can change your panel configuration or edit to your panel without the need to re-add them.
Enhanced Task Panel
The Tasks panel now includes a configurable
Add task
option, allowing users to create tasks directly from the dashboard without navigating to the Tasks module.note
When creating tasks from a System-level dashboard, users must first select the site in which the task will be created.
New combined Dashboard module
HighQ now supports two independent dashboard types:
Dashboard
and Dashboard (Legacy)
. The new option in Site Admin provides greater flexibility, allowing each dashboard type to be enabled, created, and managed independently.note
Your existing dashboards will not change or get updated with this change.
Modernised Navigation Experience
The Modernised Navigation Bar introduces a streamlined, left-aligned navigation experience that improves usability and accessibility across HighQ sites. By moving site navigation to a collapsible vertical sidebar, users can access frequently used content more efficiently while maximising available screen space for dashboards and page content.
note
When you enable the new navigation, it applies to all internal and external users.
Absolute Date and Time Stamps for Comments
With the new system setting
Show date and time on comments
, all HighQ comments can now display the exact date and time they were created across files, iSheets, Wiki pages, Blog posts, and other supported modules, providing a clearer audit trail of comment activity and helping users track discussions more accurately across the platform.Archived Users in iSheet User-Lookup Columns
Archived user indicators now appear in iSheet user-lookup columns, clearly identifying archived users while preserving existing user references within records. When you have used archived users in user lookups, you can now save the iSheet. This new business rule is automatically enabled.
Large File Upload Performance
Large file uploads (10GB or above) now use parallel chunk processing, enabling multiple file segments to be uploaded simultaneously, reducing upload times.

option.API Documentation Enhancements
API documentation has been enhanced with improved request and response definitions, clearer descriptions, and additional examples to help developers integrate and use APIs more effectively. Initial updates focus on iSheets and Files APIs, with broader API coverage planned for future releases.
HighQ DocAuto (Contract Express)
Author Column for File Metadata iSheet
Workflow-generated files can now display the original document author in the new Author column of the File Metadata iSheet and Files module. This allows Contract Express authors to easily identify and filter documents they created, including those generated automatically by workflows, without relying on the Created by field (which shows the Automation Engine for workflow-generated files).
Dynamic choices and Workflows
Dynamic Choice Rules in Site Templates
Dynamic Choice Rules are now supported in site templates, enabling site administrators to configure data-driven fields that automatically populate values from external data sources, APIs, or predefined lists. This allows template-based sites to include dynamic field behaviour without requiring additional configuration after site creation.

option.Workflow and Rules UI Enhancement
The Workflows and Rules interfaces now include additional informational fields that provide at-a-glance visibility into recent execution activity and workflow status. This reduces the need to open individual workflows or review audit history when assessing automation activity.
Workflow Audit History
We have updated the existing Workflow Audit history to provide more detailed contextual information about previously executed workflow rules, including clearer error descriptions and recommended next steps. This helps administrators understand the root cause of an issue.
