Uninstall and reinstall GoFileRoom Add-In
- Follow these steps to uninstall the GoFileRoom Add-In:
- Open Windows ControlPanel.
- SelectPrograms, thenPrograms and Features.
- SelectGoFileRoom Add-In, thenUninstall.
- Restart the workstation.
- Open Windows Explorer.tipYou may need to show hidden files in Windows Explorer so that you can access the Program Files and AppData folders in the next step. The Microsoft Support website gives instructions on how to display hidden files and folders in Microsoft Windows.
- Delete all folders inC:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoomexceptGFRScanflow,GFRUploadDocuments,GFRFileImporter, andGFRLookupListSync.
- Delete all folders inC:\ProgramData\GoFileRoomexceptGFRScanflow,GFRUploadDocuments,GFRFileImporter, andGFRLookupListSync.
- Rename theGoFileRoomfolder atC:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\toGoFileRoomOLD.
Follow these steps to reinstall GoFileRoom Add-In:
- Check that the requirements in the GoFileRoom setup checklist are met.
- Complete the steps to install GoFileRoom Add-In.
