Company Maintenance

The
Company Maintenance
 screen stores detailed entity information (names, addresses, ID codes, roles, etc.) required for transmission to Customs and other regulatory agencies (e.g. ACE transmission of PGA data). From this screen, you can:
  • Search for an existing company
  • Add a new company
  • View existing companies
  • Edit an existing company
  • Delete an existing company
This screen can be opened by choosing
Company Maintenance
 from the
Maintenance
 menu.
Once the
Company Maintenance
 screen is selected, a grid displaying saved companies and other entities will appear, similar to the grid below:
