NL Declaration Management System (DMS) 4 Export

The ONESOURCE Declaration Management System (DMS) 4 Export solution has the core functionality to assist you with:
  • Creating new invoices.
  • Selecting and managing invoices exported from external systems.
  • Sending declarations to Netherland Customs, adhering to their rules and regulations. The following types of declarations to Customs can be created and transmitted:
    • Free Circulation – Simplified and Local Clearance Customs Procedures
    • Free Circulation – Simplified and Local Clearance Customs Procedures (Pre-Arrival)
    • Free Circulation – Supplementary Customs Procedures
  • Receiving and managing incoming messages and notifications from Customs regarding:
    • The acceptance, return, or rejection of declarations and goods items
    • Notification of declaration errors
    • Notification of incomplete declarations
    • The calculation of payable amounts, such as the tax duties of declarations and items
